Fuel shortages in Mongolia
There are reports of fuel shortages in Mongolia, including aviation fuel. Fuel supply disruptions may affect domestic and international flights, road travel and access to some remote areas. Check with your airline or transport provider before travelling, allow extra time for journeys and follow advice from the local authorities.
Passport validity
To enter Mongolia, your passport must have an ‘expiry date’ at least 6 months after the date you arrive.
Check with your travel provider that your passport and other travel documents meet requirements. Renew your passport if you need to.
